To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed employee for office, sales & e-commerce (m/f/d) to start immediately. Tasks

• Processing customer enquiries and general office organisation
• Support in sales and advising our customers
• Maintenance and further development of our e-commerce offering
• Creation and management of product descriptions and online offers
• Coordination of orders and deliveries
• Collaboration with internal departments to optimise processes

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales and/or e-commerce is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with e-commerce platforms
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
