The Wisli Foundation, based in Bülach, has been committed for 40 years to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of housing, work, and work integration. The offer consists of various supported and accompanied living arrangements, psychiatric home care, adapted work and employment places, as well as the competence center for work integration, We-Care.
In psychiatric home care, we accompany people in acutely stressful life phases and/or with a mental illness in their daily lives, individually and according to their personal needs in their own apartments. In supported individual living, we care for people with mental impairments in our studios from Monday to Friday.
To complement our team in psychiatric home care and supported individual living, we are looking for an immediate start by arrangement for a:
Social Pedagogical Specialist / Health Specialist / Care Specialist 80 - 100% (all)
Your tasks
- Support and accompany clients in everyday life
- Promote clients' independence and quality of life
- Plan and carry out individual care and support services
- Coordinate and collaborate with relatives and professionals
- Administrative tasks such as reporting and progress documentation
- Assignments mainly in Bülach
Your profile
- Completed training as a social pedagogical specialist, health specialist, or care specialist
- Professional experience working with people with mental impairments
- Good ability to reflect and willingness to develop further
- High social competence, empathy, and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Good PC user skills
- Driver's license category B
