Team Leader Export Operations 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active technology company in the field of municipal and cleaning technology. The company develops and produces specialised vehicles and systems for street cleaning, winter services and other municipal applications. Employees benefit from a technically demanding environment with international interfaces.
Responsibilities:
You lead an international team of nine employees at two locations.
You coordinate the export processing of spare parts deliveries with the involved departments.
You manage material availability based on demand forecasts and consumption data.
You are responsible for calculations and sales prices for international spare parts orders.
In collaboration with purchasing, production and logistics, you optimise cross-site order processing.
You monitor stocks, delivery capability and costs based on defined key figures.
You ensure the maintenance of article master data and relevant ERP basics.
You continuously develop the processes in export, scheduling and work preparation.
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial apprenticeship with further training in foreign trade, logistics or business administration.
You bring several years of experience in export processing or international order processing.
Knowledge in the spare parts business, scheduling or industrial supply chain management is an advantage.
You have initial leadership experience or the potential to lead an international team.
You are proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
Analytical thinking and an understanding of costs, stocks and delivery dates characterise you.
You work independently and reliably coordinate tasks across different locations.
You communicate fluently in German and negotiate confidently in English.
