LakeSide has existed since 2007 and employs over 40 staff. Since 2011, we have been working with SchwörerHaus. From the original collaboration in assembly, a comprehensive partnership in sales, architecture, and modernisation has developed. Since 2026, LakeSide has been exclusively responsible for SchwörerHaus modernisation in Switzerland and Italy.

For the commercial support of our customer service and modernisation orders for SchwörerHaus, we are looking for a reliable person who thinks ahead, accompanies customers reliably, and consistently brings open issues to a close.

Your tasks

• You support our customers daily by phone and email.
• You record enquiries and prepare quotations and order documents.
• You enter and process orders in our company CRM.
• You clarify technical details and customer wishes.
• You coordinate orders, deliveries, and appointments.
• You ensure that our assembly teams receive all necessary information.
• You handle complaints and warranty cases in a solution-oriented manner.
• You monitor open issues and reliably bring them to a close.

The focus of your activity is in the commercial area. Your technical and craft understanding helps you to correctly classify questions and find practical solutions.

You work entirely from our office in Rothenburg. Site visits and travel to Italy are not part of this position.

What you bring

• A commercial or craft basic training
• Interest in commercial order processing and customer support
• Good understanding of technical and craft contexts
• An accurate, structured, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of telephone and written communication
• Very good German skills
• Italian skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of digital work tools

Career changers from the craft sector are also welcome. Experience in clerical work or work preparation is helpful but not a requirement. You will get to know our company CRM and internal processes during the induction.
