Your Tasks
Operational AMS & Service Management: You support and develop existing clients in classic SAP Application Management Support (AMS) – bringing your expertise directly into the systems.
Interface & Face to the Customer: Besides operational support work, you are the face of our service area externally and actively represent Cpro Industry to our clients. You coordinate service deployments and ensure smooth implementation.
Customer Consulting on Equal Terms: You conduct regular client meetings (on-site and remote). Because you know the systems inside out, you understand the clients’ pain points and identify potential for optimisations and extensions of our services.
Team Integration: You work closely with our consultants and project teams, bridging the gap between operational day-to-day business and the client’s further development.
