The Services department of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, Social Work, includes the areas of Marketing & Communication, Human Resources, Continuing Education Administration, Controlling and Room Management. In the position as Coordinator for Room Management and Assistant, you will take on the following tasks, among others:- You actively shape the room planning for initial and continuing education and ensure the availability of rooms according to demand
- You coordinate the entire room reservation process and ensure a smooth workflow
- You monitor room utilisation based on meaningful key figures and develop optimisation proposals
- You advise and support staff as a power user in the use of the signature tool "Skribble"
- You support the Head of Services with further administrative, coordination and organisational matters
Your profile:
As a service-oriented personality with organisational talent, you keep an overview even in a dynamic environment. You convince with the following qualifications:- Successfully completed commercial basic training with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in public administration, education and/or with a school administration system is an advantage
- Enjoyment in advising and supporting various stakeholders as well as pronounced service orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Flexibility in work assignments in an environment with varying workloads
