Your tasks
- You professionally welcome and look after our guests and are the friendly voice of our company on the phone.
- You book business trips – flights, train journeys, rental cars, hotels or visas – and always keep an overview.
- You process incoming mail (email, postal mail), take care of office and promotional materials and handle administrative tasks related to reception.
- You assist with internal events as well as projects in the areas of sales and marketing.
- You take responsibility for the reception area during your colleague’s holiday absence.
- You support the financial accounting in accounts payable and expense processing.

Your profile
- completed training in hospitality, commercial sector or service industry
- at least 2 years’ professional experience at reception or in a comparable service function
- willingness to work part-time (Wednesday and Friday mornings as well as holiday cover at reception, Friday afternoons in financial accounting)
- high service orientation and teamwork skills, professional and courteous manner, enjoyment of the role as a central contact person
- calmness, overview and independence, even when things get hectic
- discretion, loyalty, reliability and a high standard of quality are natural to you
- very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
- confident use of MS Office (Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Word, Excel)
