Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring, and further development of our customers’ IT infrastructure
• Participation in projects (server and cloud migrations, telephony systems, automation)
• Automation and optimisation of existing platforms and processes
• Solutions engineering and consulting for customers
• Regular end-customer support

Your profile

• Completed IT training (EFZ) with further education as a technician HF in computer science or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of network technology and IT security
• Experience with UCC solutions (Wildix) is an advantage
• Understanding of dependencies in complex IT systems
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solution-oriented communication
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• German at native level, good English and French skills
