Your qualifications

• Certified nursing professional FH (Bachelor) with CAS in Palliative Care or certified nursing professional HF with MAS in the field of Palliative Care
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Palliative Care, ideally in the outpatient sector
• Competent, independent personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence category B

Your field of expertise

• You take over the professional leadership in the Palliative Care team and support the Nursing Development Management in strategic decisions regarding the specialist area.
• You systematically and professionally develop our offer in Palliative Care in accordance with the Aargau Palliative Care concept.
• You have an overview of professionally complex situations in the field and, together with the Palliative Care team, support the nursing teams in implementing professional palliative care for our clients.
• You provide strong professional support for the Palliative Care team, perform nursing services for clients on site and use bedside coaching as a tool to empower employees.
• You act intra- and interdisciplinary, networking and supporting.
