Shaping nursing and promoting new talent. As a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, you combine your expertise in intensive care with your passion for vocational training. You support apprentices and students in a practical manner and actively contribute to the quality of care.
The Regional Nursing Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
The intensive care nursing department stands for highly specialised, professional, and at the same time, compassionate nursing. We provide respectful and highly professional care and support to people of all ages who require severe and intensive nursing care. The focus is on complex care situations such as severe traumatic brain injuries, persistent vegetative state, ventilation, and other neurological conditions.
Currently, the High Care Levels department has 10 nursing places. With the move to the new building, the area will be expanded to a total of 25 places from autumn 2026.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH with Additional Vocational Training Function (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

This is how you support us:
- You accompany and support our apprentices and HF students in their professional daily routine and ensure the high quality of practical training
- You work closely with our nursing education manager and other trainers
- You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
- In addition to nursing activities, you also perform medical-technical measures
- You take on daily responsibility
- You maintain nursing documentation carefully
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in ventilation management or are willing to acquire this knowledge
- You have experience in vocational training and hold the SVEB 1 qualification or are willing to complete it
- You are familiar with RAI-NH and apply it confidently in practice
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
