Training Position Social Pedagogy FH (60%)
Your future tasks:
- Effectively shaping everyday life: You create a homely environment, strengthen the autonomy & health of the service users, and effectively implement educational measures as a reference person.
- Living quality: You promote the participation of the service users; trust, empathy, respect, and reliability characterize your actions. You maintain documentation, organize meetings, and appropriately implement safety regulations.
- Vibrant learning: Developing and implementing learning content with the practical training supervisor.
- Meaningful shifts: Shift work within the defined scope, structured onboarding & further training – in a committed team with noticeable scope for design.

- High social competence, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility
- Quick comprehension
- Enjoyment in working with people with support needs
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
