Sales Support Specialist 60-100%

you can expect varied tasks with flexible working options in an ambitious specialist team.

Your tasks include

• Preparing calculations
• Independently creating and sending offers and order confirmations
• Processing orders transmitted via interface
• Invoicing orders
• Creating credit notes
• Internal order clarifications with involved departments
• Advising and supporting sales agents (specialist trade and system partners) and processors
• Ongoing coordination of pending orders with Avor/PPS and suppliers
• Receiving and clarifying returns and complaints
• Maintaining master data of existing products in proAlpha

You are

• technically skilled and enjoy working with people
• a German speaker and fluent in French, preferably both spoken and written
• communicative, a team player, reliable, resilient and flexible

You have

• a commercial education with an affinity for technology or vice versa
• experience in inside sales or customer service
• product knowledge in locks, fittings and access systems (advantageous)
• an independent and precise working style
• an excellent sales flair
