Your tasks

• You take over the professional and personnel management of the hotel department with around 30 employees (service, kitchen, housekeeping)
• You ensure that our hotel concept is lived, maintained and further developed daily - first-class, professional and guest-oriented
• You ensure a smooth and service-oriented restaurant operation
• You develop the à la carte and wine list further and create varied daily menus in close cooperation with kitchen and service
• You participate in special occasions and events
• You plan purchasing and are responsible for stock and goods management together with the teams from kitchen and service
• You are responsible for the budget and key figures in your area
• You conduct regular quality checks and proactively implement improvements
• You conduct employee interviews, are responsible for recruiting new team members and accompany apprentices on their training path
• You promote open, constructive collaboration between all departments and bring in new ideas to optimise processes and service quality

Your profile

• Training at a hotel management school or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a leader in the gastronomy sector
• You are creative, flexible and have a good sense for people
• You speak fluent German and understand Swiss German
• You are a solution-oriented organisational talent and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• Occasional weekend and evening shifts are natural for you
• You have good PC user skills
