Sous Chefs (on the Ship) (a)

We are looking for Sous Chefs for our ships (a)
(without room hour)
These are your tasks
- You organise the kitchen on one of our large ships and independently prepare the mise en place
- You are the contact person for the chefs and office staff on the ship
- You ensure a smooth à la carte and banquet service
- You are confident in handling course, themed, special and extra trips for up to 450 people
- You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP) in the kitchen
What we expect from you
- You have a recognised chef qualification (EFZ)
- You bring several years of professional and leadership experience
- You have a strong quality awareness and enjoy working on the lake
- You enjoy working creatively and support the development of new offers
- You are organised and think economically
- You speak German (any additional language is a plus)
