Are you familiar with the bodywork trade and enjoy dealing with people? Do you like organising, advising customers, and keeping an overview even when busy?

Then this position could be just right for you!

For our client in the Winterthur region, I am looking for a customer-oriented personality with technical expertise, organisational talent, and sales flair.

Your tasks

• Customer care: You receive vehicles and hand them over after the work is completed.

• Appointment scheduling: You coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth process.

• Order processing: You manage workshop orders from acceptance to billing.

• Calculation: You calculate the costs for the work to be done.

• Consultation and sales: You advise customers and offer suitable additional services.

• Coordination: You work closely with the workshop and spare parts warehouse.

• Administration: You handle customer and warranty billing as well as correspondence with the importer.

What you bring

• A completed apprenticeship as a bodywork panel beater or bodywork painter

• Practical experience in the automotive industry

• Commercial training is an advantage

• An independent and responsible way of working

• Organisational talent and a reliable working style

• Sales flair and enjoyment in customer contact

• Flexibility, resilience, and quality awareness
