Now we are looking for you to enrich our team in Winterthur as a committed and competent service assistant (m/f/d) and to shape the future of mobility together with us.

Your tasks:

• Customer care & service advice: At reception, you are the first point of contact for our customers, advising them competently and ensuring they feel comfortable with us.
• Representation: You represent our company with a professional and friendly manner, both in person and on the phone.
• Vehicle acceptance & handover: You receive customers' vehicles and hand them back professionally after the service.
• Appointment coordination: You organise workshop appointments, act as the link between the workshop and customers, and work closely with our sales team and additionally with the dispatch department.

Your profile:

• You are a dynamic and communicative personality aged between 20 and 45 years.
• You have completed training and ideally a successfully completed commercial further education.
• High commitment and flexibility are natural for you.
• You keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• German is your mother tongue; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
