The Swiss School Foundation for Guide Dogs for the Blind in Allschwil BL has existed since 1972 and is financed by donations, legacies, and the Federal Disability Insurance. It is responsible for the breeding, raising, and training of guide dogs for the blind, assistance and social dogs, and autism companion dogs. The infrastructure is modern and the training concept is at a high level. We are looking for an ICT Specialist (m/f/d) 80% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility

Support and assistance for end users
Receiving, classifying, analyzing, and resolving fault reports in the

areas of hardware, network, office applications, and business applications in cooperation with an external service provider

Maintenance of the ICT inventory
Provision of IT workplace & network
Active participation in various ICT projects
Coordination and contact person for other external service providers
Support in the preparation of the IT budget and continuous monitoring of ongoing costs
Creating and maintaining instructions and documentation

Our expectations
- You have completed training in the IT field and have relevant professional experience
- You have solid knowledge in the Microsoft Windows client environment (including O365, Teams)
