- Provide support and assistance to end-users in ICT.
- Manage and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.

Skills
- Completed IT education with relevant professional experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client environment.

Your area of responsibility
- Support and assistance for end users
- Receiving, classifying, analyzing, and resolving fault reports in the
- Maintenance of the ICT inventory
- Provision of IT workplace & network
- Active participation in various ICT projects
- Coordination and contact person for other external service providers
- Support in the preparation of the IT budget and continuous monitoring of ongoing costs
- Creating and maintaining instructions and documentation
- You have completed training in the IT field and have relevant professional experience
- You have solid knowledge in the Microsoft Windows client environment (including O365, Teams)
- Project experience is an advantage
- You enjoy support as well as organizational work
- Independent, solution-oriented, reliable, and precise working style
- You are resilient, flexible, and have a high service orientation
