Branch Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operational and independent management of the branch

• Responsibility for smooth daily operations

• Advice and support for customers regarding vehicles, tyres and car service

• Leadership, motivation and development of the team

• Responsibility for sales, KPIs and budget

• Inventory management and purchasing of tyres and accessories

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Acquisition of new customers

• Active participation in daily business when support is needed

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as Automotive Diagnostician FA, Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ or Automotive Specialist EFZ

• Many years of professional experience, ideally in the truck sector

• Additional training in commercial or business management is an advantage

• Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably as a workshop or branch manager in the automotive sector

• Strong sales and results orientation

• Entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative

• Resilient, independent and solution-oriented personality

• Good MS Office and IT skills

• Driving licence category B

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Customer-oriented manner and strong team spirit
