At the Directorate for Education, Social Affairs and Sport, people are at the centre. The Sports Office as the city’s sporting hub promotes sport and exercise for all, organises events, supports clubs and is responsible for the municipal facilities.
What you will do
- You operate, check and maintain machines and equipment as well as sanitary, ventilation and pool water systems including pumps and measuring and control technology
- You set up and maintain ice rinks
- You obtain the lifesaving certificate and supervise swimmers in the indoor and outdoor pools
- You maintain football pitches and other green spaces
- You carry out cleaning tasks and waste management
- You ensure the occupational safety of employees
What you bring
- You have completed secondary school or intermediate school with good grades
- You are physically fit and can swim well
- You are interested in manual work indoors and outdoors and are skilled with your hands
- You enjoy working with people
- You are a team player, independent and reliable
