The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interface, to ensure an efficient and effective customer experience.
You will take on a central role within the concept department in the "Digital Customer Interfaces" area. Together with our experts, you will drive the professional conception of security topics in the field of Identity & Access Management at the customer interface. In doing so, you ensure that security and user-friendliness are optimally combined to create a future-proof and trustworthy customer experience.

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies and concepts in the area of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) with a focus on security, user-friendliness, and regulatory compliance
- Identification and analysis of requirements for CIAM systems in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Analysis and continuous optimisation of existing security and access processes in digital channels to ensure an optimal balance between security and user experience
- Ensuring that not only convincing concepts are developed but also successfully implemented
- Monitoring trends and regulatory requirements in the security environment
Your profile
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences)
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of CIAM at the customer interface, authentication (including OIDC or OAuth), and security architectures
- Proven experience in the conception, development, and implementation of CIAM solutions in digital channels
- Deep technical understanding of IT security, security architectures, and modern authentication and authorisation methods
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly and appropriately for the target audience, as well as to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and coordinate their requirements Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, PSD2) and their integration into security and CIAM concepts
- Confident demeanour, persuasiveness, and assertiveness in working with interdisciplinary teams
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills combined with a solution-oriented working style
