As a Swiss family business, we operate 22 stores in the German and Western Switzerland regions as the master licensee of Domino's Pizza, employing around 400 staff. Worldwide, Domino's Pizza is present at over 22,700 locations in more than 90 markets, representing enjoyment and innovation.

For our Support Centre in Kloten, we are looking for you from 1 December 2027 or by arrangement as:

HR Manager with Responsibility for Office Management
(80-100%), German/French (m/f/d)

Your focus is on HR:

• You lead our small HR team both professionally and personally and actively contribute to day-to-day operations
• You are responsible for HR processes throughout the entire lifecycle of our employees in the stores and the Support Centre
• You are the first point of contact for managers on HR matters and consult our external legal advisors on legal issues
• You support managers with absence, termination and other personnel matters
• You are responsible for permits and liaise with authorities, working closely with payroll and finance
• You further develop HR processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation and the use of AI

Additionally, you take on tasks in Office Management:

• You are the contact person for insurance companies, landlords and property management and handle correspondence, appointments and follow-up on outstanding matters
• You act as the interface between departments in the Support Centre and ensure smooth communication
• You relieve management of administrative tasks and proactively identify issues that belong to management

What you bring

• A Swiss federal diploma as an HR specialist
• Several years of experience in HR as well as experience in leading a team
• Confident German skills and very good French skills, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law; experience with the L-GAV or a branch operation is a plus
• Hands-on mentality: You pick up the phone, clarify proactively and follow up until matters are resolved
• Assertiveness, persistence, reliability and discretion
• Digital affinity and interest in simplifying processes with suitable tools and AI
