For our client, a leading company in industrial metalworking, we are looking immediately or by arrangement in Unterentfelden for an experienced and committed:

Machine Operator for Punching Machines (m/f/d) – 80-100%

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, adjustment and operation of punching machines
• Programming and monitoring of production orders on the machine
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Resolving minor malfunctions independently and collaborating with maintenance for more complex issues
• Ongoing quality control of produced parts according to specifications
• Responsible for the availability and operational readiness of the punching machine
• Preparation and change of punching tools
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work according to instructions
• Material transport with pallet truck and overhead crane (coils and production material)
• Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Participation in shift work (early and late shifts)

You Bring

• Experience in operating and setting up production machines, ideally punching machines in metalworking
• Training as a machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is an advantage but not mandatory
• Career changers with relevant professional experience in machine operation are also welcome
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Careful handling of punching tools and operating materials
• Forward-thinking approach to setup processes and tool preparation
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
