What you achieve

• You independently operate and monitor our packaging and wrapping machines, ensuring the highest quality.
• You conduct quality controls (IPK) and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
• You independently resolve simple malfunctions, support the technical team with maintenance work, and document everything carefully.
• You perform correct postings in SAP and ensure a smooth material flow.
• You are responsible for small teams of temporary employees, train new machine operators, and ensure seamless shift handovers.
• You support the implementation of changes in the production environment.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: EFZ/EBA or willingness for adult education according to Art. 32 desired
• Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in plant operation, packaging technology, or production
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems as well as good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations as well as technical understanding for mechanical adjustments
• Flexibility and resilience – you are ready for 2- to 4-shift work and approach tasks with a structured, reliable working style
• You are a team player, proactive, and find independent solutions
• German (B1)
