Lead Psychological Psychotherapist (m/f/d)

As a leader with overall professional responsibility for psychotherapy in a group practice, you will play a central role for the responsible employees.
Your tasks
- Professional and operational management of the responsible department
- Conducting assessments and treatments of adults across the full spectrum of psychological psychotherapy
- Supporting the assurance of personnel resources within the operation, considering efficient service delivery
- Ensuring psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy according to the current state of science and the company’s quality standards
- Training psychologists according to the training concept for becoming a psychotherapist
Your profile
- Federally recognised psychological psychotherapist
- Proven record in responsible therapeutic work with demonstrated leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
