Your Tasks

• Competent support and advice for our customers in the service process
  
• Acceptance of repair and service orders as well as preparation of cost estimates
  
• Scheduling of workshop orders
  
• Mutual assistance with Customer Service Advisors Opel & Suzuki
  
• Ensuring smooth communication between customers and workshop
  
• Active sale of services, accessories and additional offers
  
• Processing of warranty and goodwill claims according to manufacturer specifications
  
• Invoicing and vehicle handover with professional explanation of the work carried out
  
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
  

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training in the automotive industry (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician EFZ)
  
• Further training as a Customer Service Advisor is an advantage
  
• Professional experience in customer service or a comparable function
  
• Strong customer and service orientation with a professional appearance
  
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
  
• Driving licence category B
