Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.
We are looking for a:
Catering Employee at 60%
To strengthen our Kitchen service, starting from 1st August or as agreed.

YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience in the catering field, experience in hotel-catering is an asset.
- Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written), required.
- Flexibility allowing you to cover defined hours, as well as weekends, public holidays and partly evenings.
- Participation in external EHC events.
- Know-how in event management, banquet management, a plus.
- Real motivation to commit to a hospital environment.
- Rigour in respecting hygiene and safety standards.
- A sense of welcome, strong customer and solution orientation.
- Dynamism, initiative and responsibility.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Prepare the various setups necessary for the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Actively participate in service and daily organisation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
- Participate in the management of catering equipment.
- Handle payments, manage cash funds and record services.
- Strictly apply HACCP hygiene standards and safety instructions.
