This is what your daily routine looks like
- To the core: You develop complex and modern software for our core systems and build high-quality JavaEE applications.
- Together with the team, you develop demanding solution variants and evaluate new approaches with prototypes. You also build automated tests and conduct code reviews.
- As a DevOps and Scrum team member, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your applications - from conception to operation.
- With Clean Code, Agentic Coding, Clean Architecture, TDD, BDD, and DDD, you develop solutions that convince today and still hold tomorrow.
- In the Agile Release Train, you work according to the Lean-Agile mindset of SAFe. You strengthen collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- For the professional topics of an insurance company, you bring curiosity and gradually expand your understanding of our domain.
This is what you bring
- First and foremost: You have at least five years of experience in agile software development with current Java technologies and enjoy complex tasks in the JEE environment.
- Java, JEE, Quarkus, SQL databases, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cucumber are technologies and products you are familiar with.
- Your passion is backend development. At the same time, you like to try out new technologies and frameworks.
- Native cloud solutions and modern DevOps environments are also familiar to you - from setup to stable operation.
- A training as an IT specialist EFZ or a degree in software development at a university of applied sciences forms a good basis - we count on your individual career path.
