IT Specialist

About the job

For one of our clients based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a Management IT Specialist wishing to take on a versatile role and actively contribute to the development of the company’s tools and processes.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and development of the ERP and CRM

• Development and implementation of new features tailored to the company’s needs

• Management and maintenance of PrestaShop and WordPress sites

• Maintenance of the gateways between the ERP and marketplaces as well as logistics centres

• Installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure

• Management of software, data, access, subscriptions and document sharing

• Participation in cybersecurity and the evolution of the IT environment

• Coordination with various external IT partners

Your profile

• HEG training in management IT or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of ERP and corporate IT environments

• Ability to understand and model business processes

• Proactive, autonomous, organised and versatile individual
