- You participate in team meetings, case discussions, and site meetings
- You actively bring your ideas and experience into the further development of the residential group
- You maintain an open and professional exchange with parents, relatives, and other key persons
- The organisational and administrative tasks of the residential group daily routine also belong to your area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- A completed, recognised professional training in the social pedagogical, educational, or care sector according to operational functional requirements; for extended professional leadership responsibility preferably training at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial leadership experience or proven suitability for leadership tasks.
- A PA training is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience with children and young people with complex support needs as well as high organisational, communication, conflict, and decision-making skills.
- Driving licence.
