To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent individual within the framework of a forward-looking succession plan, with an interest in later taking over the Compliance division management.

Your main tasks

• Conducting overarching controls (2nd Line) and reporting on selected areas at the overall bank level

• Professional and coordination responsibility for compliance-relevant topics in collaboration with the Compliance division management

• Monitoring regulatory developments at national and international levels and clarifying the need for action

• Advising and enabling Business Compliance as well as supporting them in the implementation of regulatory projects

• Supporting risk control in identifying, assessing and monitoring specific risks

• Ongoing management of regulations, directives and AML documentation

• Assisting in the preparation of management reports

• Helping with contract management

• Professional support during internal and external audits by the audit office

• Participation in training and awareness initiatives

Your profile

• Completed university degree in law or economics with several years of professional experience in financial market law, compliance and risk management at a financial intermediary or from consulting (Financial Services)

• Good knowledge of the Swiss banking and regulatory environment as well as experience in developing processes and successfully implementing them

• Strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking and quick comprehension

• Reliable, independent and structured working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility

• Empathetic and solution-oriented with the ability to communicate appropriately to the target audience

• High service and customer orientation
