Lead Product Manager Lending Solutions (f/m)

Within the Product and Channel Management department, we are looking for reinforcement for the newly created role as Chapter Lead. In other words: you!

Your new job

• Development of the product strategy for the "Lending Solutions" area, alignment in line with the overall bank strategy and ensuring the market success of our credit solutions
• Management of the entire product lifecycle of credit and financing solutions and management of the associated advisory tools: from the idea to stable operation ("Run the Bank") including continuous improvement
• Prioritisation together with Product Owner and Business Owner of the backlog, definition of business requirements with specialist departments and sales, coordination of implementation
• Professional leadership of employees in the product area "Lending Solutions", project management as well as close cooperation with IT, sales, advisory and risk
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competition in the credit and financing market, identification of opportunities and risks and derivation of measures
• Review and support of innovations, new technologies and business models in the credit business
• Compliance with quality standards, risk and credit guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder management and communication of status, milestones and challenges to management and relevant stakeholders

What we benefit from

• University degree, supplemented by banking professional training or further education.
• Several years of experience in product management and product development of credit and financing solutions in the financial industry, with end-to-end responsibility and life-cycle management across various customer segments.
• Sound expertise in project and process management (classical and agile) as well as in the use of modern methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, continuous improvement, quality assurance).
• Very good understanding of business contexts as well as market and customer needs; familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market (e.g. FINMA)
• Leadership personality with experience in the professional leadership of teams, in the development of professional competencies as well as in the optimal deployment of employees and resources
• Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as broad experience in moderation, presentation and conducting workshops
• High social competence, confident appearance, targeted communication skills and the ability to moderate different interests and lead to viable solutions
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability, combined with enthusiasm, assertiveness and openness to change and continuous learning
