3 years of training

Qualification obtained: Federal VET Diploma as Commercial Employee (banking option)
During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete internships in several bank departments, allowing you to learn alongside experts in each discipline. You will also participate in the company’s marketing and CSR projects, where you can make a concrete contribution.
Professional courses will take place at the CPNE in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where you will deepen the subjects necessary for your training.

Possibility to obtain a professional baccalaureate (also in English) during the apprenticeship.
Banking courses are provided at the CYP in Lausanne, with about ten classes per year.
Excellent academic background, high level of motivation and developed adaptability. To pursue this profession, you must also enjoy customer contact, teamwork and be comfortable with digital technologies.
The recruitment process also includes an individual interview with representatives from Human Resources and training, as well as a one-day internship in one of our Advice Centres.
The engagement of an apprentice is formalised by signing an official three-year commercial apprenticeship contract. The start date is set for 2 August each year.
Before starting work in the departments, apprentices attend 3 days of induction training during which they are informed about the course of their apprenticeship, the bank’s infrastructure and are made aware of security and IT matters.
Throughout their training, apprentices rotate through the main banking departments. At the end of each internship, an evaluation form is completed by the training correspondent and the apprentice.
At the end of the training, the bank offers young people the opportunity to undertake an internship at a cantonal bank in German-speaking Switzerland.
