The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organisation that implements education and labour market integration projects throughout Switzerland.

In the canton of St. Gallen, we conduct German training for job seekers with foreign language backgrounds. At the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a (m/f/d) to join our team from January 2027 or by arrangement:

Training Manager DaF DaZ German Training Labour Market (80%)

Permanent position · 5 working days per week

Your future tasks:

Conducting training sessions in application skills, PC training, and everyday mathematics for foreign language speakers in changing groups and in self-directed learning with digital media and language promotion methods. Conducting individual discussions for learning support.

Requirements:

• Completed adult education training (at least SVEB certificate)
• fide certificate for language course instructors in the integration sector
• Coaching further training
• Experience in adult education and language promotion
• Method repertoire for self-directed learning with digital media
• Knowledge of the labour market and experience in labour market integration

We offer an entry opportunity for persons in the final stages of obtaining the fide certificate or coaching further training.
