At Sika Manufacturing AG in Sarnen, we manufacture high-quality plastic membranes for roof, tunnel and structural waterproofing. The process operator (m/f) plays a key role in the production process and, together with their team, is responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality and performance.

After successful induction, the Process Operator Recycling (m/f/d) is responsible for:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring the two recycling plants
• Independently troubleshooting and initiating immediate measures
• Timely and quality-compliant implementation of order planning
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work
• Reporting quantities (SAP)
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the plant area
• Training and instructing new employees

• Willingness to work in 2 to 4-shift operation
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Good technical understanding
• Professional experience in a manual environment
• Precise, independent and reliable working style
• High flexibility and resilience
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
• Work at plants with increased noise levels - hearing protection is mandatory
