The process operator (m/f) plays a key role in the production process and, together with their team, is responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality and performance.
Job Description
After successful induction, the Process Operator Recycling (m/f/d) is responsible for:
- Setting up, operating and monitoring the two recycling plants
- Independently troubleshooting and initiating immediate measures
- Timely and quality-compliant implementation of order planning
- Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work
- Reporting quantities (SAP)
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the plant area
- Training and instructing new employees
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in 2 to 4-shift operation
- Strong safety and environmental awareness
- Good technical understanding
- Professional experience in a manual environment
- Precise, independent and reliable working style
- High flexibility and resilience
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
- Work at plants with increased noise levels - hearing protection is mandatory
