The District Court Arbon is looking for a fixed-term position for 1 year (with option for permanent employment) starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement aCourt Clerk
Your tasks
The scope of duties includes preparing trials, recording proceedings, participating in the judgement process, and independently drafting judgements in civil and criminal matters.
Your profile
A legal degree is required, preferably with a lawyer's licence and practical experience.
Furthermore, we expect accuracy, linguistic proficiency, enthusiasm for thorough clarification of legal issues, as well as an efficient working style and team spirit.
