We are looking for a Working Student: Junior Test System Specialist to complement our global team and actively contribute to developing reliable test systems for electronic assemblies, thereby enabling stable, high-quality series production.
What is this position about?
Do you want to understand how complete test hardware and software for functional tests are created? Are you interested in how thoughtful test systems for series production arise from test requirements? Do you want to experience how your work directly contributes to the quality and stability of modern measuring instruments?
In this role, you combine your technical studies with practical development work and actively support the path from the idea to smooth mass production.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- understand and elaborate the test requirements for electronic assemblies.
- design and plan needle bed test adapters.
- create test sequences and test programs.
- stabilize the test setup for mass production.
- accompany the handover of test systems to the production department and support their acceptance.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are studying electrical engineering, electronics, microsystems technology, mechatronics, physical engineering, or a similar course of study with a focus on electronic measurement or circuit technology.
- are at the beginning of your studies or currently enrolled in a semester.
- have knowledge of electronic circuit technology and electronic measurement technology.
- have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- ideally have initial experience with NI Teststand, NI Switch Executive, or NI LabView.
- work carefully and independently, learn quickly, communicate openly, and are curious about new things.
