We are an innovative and independent civil engineering and planning company, family-owned, with around 260 employees at 8 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Zurich, Bern, Buchs SG, Chur, Freienbach SZ, Lenzburg, St. Gallen, Winterthur). Our range of services includes building construction, civil engineering, railway construction, structural engineering as well as construction consulting and planning.

For our location in Winterthur, we are looking for an innovative project manager with at least 5 years of professional experience who would like to become part of our well-coordinated team in the field of municipal civil engineering.

Your responsibilities and field of activity:

• You independently handle projects in the field of road and civil engineering, from study to realisation
• You develop action plans and take over the planning and coordination of these measures up to the realisation phase
• You ensure the support and advice of our clients as well as external project partners

Who and how you are:

• You work with passion in road and civil engineering, enjoy working independently, are curious and bring new ideas and solutions
• The planning of roads, utilities and drainage is important to you and challenges you
• You have a completed degree as a civil engineer ETH / FH or technician HF and have already gained professional experience.
• You are eager and enjoy challenging tasks and like to pass on your expertise to younger team colleagues
• You communicate transparently, are authentic, enjoy learning new things and remain calm under pressure
