Security Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
We are looking for a specialist who further develops technical security solutions, establishes protection mechanisms, and sustainably strengthens cyber security. The focus is on security engineering, modern detection solutions, and the implementation of technical security standards in a demanding IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and further development of technical security architectures and protection mechanisms
Expansion and optimisation of SIEM-/XDR solutions, detection and prevention measures
Participation in the establishment and further development of the ISMS as well as technical security measures
Technical consulting in customer projects, audits, and internal security issues
Collaboration with security operations, system technology, and operations
Implementation and further development of security policies and technical standards
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, cyber security or information security or comparable qualification
Professional experience in security operations, security engineering or information security
Knowledge of SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management and incident response
Understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or the ICT minimum standard
Analytical, independent and responsible working style
Hands-on mentality and motivation to actively further develop cyber security
Very good German and good English skills
