Specialist 80% in Social Education or Social Work for the Wohnen Plus offer starting October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
We are the Terra Vecchia Foundation, a nationally and cantonal recognized non-profit organization. We offer a variety of services in the areas of labor integration, housing support, and residential social therapy for people with and without addiction disorders. Our goal is to solidify their place in society.
Your new workplace is the residential offer Wohnen Plus Kehrsatz in the Patrizierhaus Selhofen. Young people and young adults between 16 and 25 years old with psychological accompanying symptoms, but without addiction issues, benefit here from individual support in the area of housing and assistance on their way into the working world. The offer is open and supervised year-round and around the clock.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive support and reference person activity for young people in a socially therapeutic framework
- Assumption of daily responsibility
- Responsibility for one evening shift per week without overnight stay
- Night and weekend on-call services
- Networking and close collaboration with external specialists, authorities, families, and other relevant third parties
- Responsibility for an assigned department
Your profile
- You hold a diploma/BA in Social Education, Social Work, Psychiatric Specialist (HF or FH), or a related field.
- You have current and sound professional knowledge and several years of experience, preferably in the areas of youth and psychiatry.
- You think and act resource- and solution-oriented.
- You are a resilient and thoughtful personality with the ability to support people in their development even in challenging situations.
- You are used to working independently and utilize your good organizational and administrative skills.
- You hold a category B driver's license.
- You appreciate participating in irregular shifts from Monday to Friday (morning, afternoon, and evening shifts).
