- You are a solution-oriented, trustworthy and decisive personality with high social competence
- You work in a structured way, set the right priorities and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You enjoy questioning processes, contributing new ideas and actively shaping change
- You are digitally savvy and familiar with common HR systems and Microsoft 365
