For our Academy in Zofingen, we are looking for a motivated, technically skilled and communicative personality as

Trainer Zofingen (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• You support the training manager in the conception, preparation and implementation of our internal training sessions
• You convey theoretical and practical content to our future car glass specialists in a practical and understandable way
• You take on administrative tasks in course management, prepare training materials and ensure that our workshop infrastructure is up to date
• You are a competent contact person for our trainees for technical questions
• You support our participants with your experience and promote them on their way to becoming competent car glass specialists

This is what you bring with you:

• You have completed basic training (EFZ) as an automotive specialist, car mechanic/-mechatronics technician or car body mechanic
• You have good, at least oral, knowledge of German and French
• You bring high social competence, patience in dealing with trainees and enjoy conveying technical matters in an understandable way
• You work independently and in a structured manner, are reliable and keep an overview even in lively situations
