Rieder Immobilien AG is an independent property company anchored in Oberaargau with its headquarters in Langenthal. Since 1979, we have been supporting private and institutional owners in the areas of management, valuation, brokerage, and consulting. Personal care, short decision-making paths, and a careful working style characterise our collaboration.

To continue our healthy growth and to specifically strengthen our leadership structure, we are looking for an experienced individual to take over the leadership of our rental property team and further develop the quality of our management together with the executive management.

Your Tasks

• You lead the rental property team both personally and professionally.
• In addition to your leadership role, you manage selected residential and mixed-use rental properties with the support of an administrative assistant.
• You set clear priorities, support the team with challenging cases, and ensure reliable processes.
• You maintain direct contact with owners, caretakers, and other partners.
• You accompany new mandates and ensure their orderly integration into our processes.
• You develop our processes and quality standards in a practical manner.
• Depending on experience, you may also take on the professional management of the condominium ownership area.
• You work closely with the executive management and actively contribute to the further development of the company.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in property management and understand the requirements of professional mandate management.
• You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as a Property Manager, the Swiss Federal Diploma as a Real Estate Trustee, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring leadership experience or have the potential and motivation to take on leadership responsibility in the near future.
• You act in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in highly dynamic situations.
• You communicate confidently and with style, addressing different stakeholders with calmness and clarity.
• Experience in managing condominium ownership is welcome but not mandatory.
• Proficient use of Rimo R5.
• Completion as a vocational trainer is desirable and advantageous or willingness to complete it.
