We are looking for a leader with expertise and passion who actively shapes the daily kitchen routine.
You keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously, stay close to the team and maintain direct contact with our guests. You take overall responsibility for our buffet, the heart of our operation. You motivate and further develop your team while maintaining close communication with the on-site management team. We pursue common goals without forgetting that joy of life and satisfaction in everyday work are just as important.
Your tasks:
- Planning, leading, coaching and training approximately 8-10 assistant cooks/chefs
- Shaping, consolidating and implementing workflows and processes
- Responsible for the entire production process & inventory management
- Active participation in all stations
- Implementation of the prescribed production basics & shared responsibility for occupational safety in production
- Compliance with goods and personnel cost targets as well as creditor control
- Implementation of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Responsibility for and conducting the monthly inventory
Your profile:
- Completed EFZ cook or equivalent training, advanced professional examination in the fields of kitchen, F&B, nutrition and health
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience
- Further training in leadership and several years of experience in a managerial role
- High personal responsibility and assertiveness
- German language skills at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as common payroll and time recording systems, ordering software
