Senior Consultant Microsoft Power Platform (all genders)

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Implementation Projects: You lead technical implementation projects based on the Microsoft Power Platform, from business requirements analysis to planning and execution of services for medium and large companies.
• Customer Consulting: You advise and support our customers, for example, in modernizing business applications or automating processes and workflows.
• Technical Support: You provide technical support in the presales phase and during tenders to gather customer requirements and develop corresponding solution proposals.
• Technical Discussions: You actively participate in technical discussions and customer workshops with decision-makers from business and IT departments.
• Project Teams: You work with interdisciplinary and sometimes geographically distributed project teams to develop and provide customer-specific solutions. You also ensure the successful implementation of Power Platform projects within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• Experience and Collaboration: At least five years of experience in customer consulting as well as solid technical knowledge in the area of Microsoft Power Platform. Also, extensive experience in collaborating with business and IT decision-makers.
• Power Platform: In-depth understanding of the Power Platform components and their application possibilities.
• Communication Skills: Professional communication skills in both spoken and written form, as well as presentation skills at the management level.
• Certificates: You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or you are willing to complete it.
• Vision and Values: Ability to represent the vision and values of adesso.
• Passion and Development: You have a passion for Power Platform technology and are open to continuously developing yourself.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
