The Tourism Lifestyle Publishing House is an established publisher with a steadily growing portfolio. With high-quality magazines in the fields of tourism, MICE, and lifestyle, we reach a broad and interested readership.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual (m/f/d) from 1 December 2026 or earlier as:

Commercial All-Rounder 60 – 80 %

Responsibilities

Administration:

• Support for the managing director and sales team with administrative tasks
• Hub function, overview of the whole
• Subscription management, competitions, voucher dispatch
• Administrative and coordination tasks with editorial and sales
• Creating invoices and settlements for our magazines
• Maintenance of customer, supplier, and master data

Accounting and HR

• Finance and accounting including closing tasks
• VAT returns
• Personnel administration from A to Z including payroll (payroll accounting, settlement with social insurances)

Requirements

• Commercial training with experience in accounting and HR
• Confident with closures
• Familiar with the accounting software Infoniqa ONE 50 (desirable)
• CRM user knowledge, involvement in development
• Enjoy structuring processes and completing tasks efficiently
• Age from 30
• Committed, resilient, structured, entrepreneurial, business-minded, independent, loyal and discreet
• Resident in the Bern metropolitan area

French and English skills
