Your training

During your apprenticeship at CWS, you will gain insight into the areas of HR, accounting, marketing, customer service, and materials management.

The following activities may be part of your responsibilities:

• In accounting, you will carry out postings and account assignments
• You will assist in personnel administration from entry to exit
• Customer care and communication take place in writing, by phone, and in person
• You are responsible for the proper handling of the mail
• You independently take responsibility for your development – with the goal of discovering your personal passion

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. In addition, you can complete the apprenticeship with us either with an EFZ or with a vocational baccalaureate.
