- Accompanying people with disabilities in daily residential life

- Linking nursing and educational care approaches within the team

- Promoting the independence and individual abilities of the clientele

- Co-designing competence-oriented participation in the residential setting

- Active involvement in continuous team development

- Applying expertise for development-oriented care

- Building appreciative relationships through everyday nursing contacts
