- As a Business Analyst Salesforce CRM, you analyse and prioritise business requirements and accompany their implementation through to successful introduction
- Together with stakeholders from business departments and IT, you optimise processes and develop sustainable Salesforce solutions with clear business value
- You create business concepts, use cases, user stories and prototypes as a basis for technical implementation
- You plan and support tests, ensure business quality and assist in the successful acceptance of new solutions
- Through training and targeted enablement measures, you promote user acceptance and the sustainable use of Salesforce
Your Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of practical experience in the role of Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager in a consulting environment or within a company
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business, business administration, (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience with CRM systems in the banking environment or financial sectors is an advantage
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) desired - others are an advantage
- Good German language skills (native / C1)
