About the job
The St-Barthélemy Foundation aims to welcome and support adults who notably have intellectual, psychological disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. It promotes their self-determination, autonomy and social participation by involving them in decisions that concern them. It thus contributes to their full place in society, economically, culturally and as citizens.

In order to actively participate in the training of tomorrow's talents, the Foundation commits to supporting interns so that they feel supported and accompanied in their training paths. Thus, we offer several positions for:
Intern at living places
Intern in workshops with a socialising vocation and day centre
Intern in the field of socio-cultural animation
From 80% to 100%, for a duration of 6 months
Your mission
- Immersion within our reception places to discover the activities of the socio-educational and socio-professional teams who support residents daily
- Under the supervision of experienced professional teams, participation in the daily activities and life projects of residents based on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
- Development of your basic practical skills and theoretical knowledge by actively participating in multidisciplinary team work
Your profile
- Strong interest in working with people with disabilities
- Listening skills, motivation, curiosity to learn and work in a team with irregular hours depending on the location
- Respect, fairness and solidarity are part of your values and you know how to embody them in your daily practice
