About the job

To strengthen the team of INIZIA AG in Zurich and/or Baar, we are looking for a responsible, motivated personality to join a young and committed team immediately or by arrangement.

• You support internal project participants with technical-constructive tasks – from planning to execution project.
• You participate in project developments, especially in the planning implementation of project variants and optimizations.
• You review work plans from contractors, specialist planners, and engineers.
• You monitor data quality and perform quality checks of 3D specialist models.

• Completed training as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture (structural engineering).
• Very good knowledge in tendering, execution, and detailed planning.
• Independent, structured working style with a high architectural quality awareness.
• Solid experience with CAD systems (ideally ArchiCAD) as well as with MS Office.
• Good knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA).
• You are communicative, a team player, and solution-oriented.
